NetRepair have the experience to diagnose things fairly quickly or at least get a fair idea of what the issue may be over the phone, before we book a call out. We will often give you a number of things to try before we come out. This involves asking some simple questions, all directed at helping you and saving you money and time.
For onsite services, we come to you and only charge for the time we are there. In the services department at our workshop, we limit our charge to 2hours per machine maximum. So if it takes 10hours, you only pay for the 2hours promised. We will always advise in advance which of these two options is more economical for your situation and circumstances.

If a machine is broken and under warranty, you can give us the broken machine and we will deal with the warranty for you. We have credibility, so we call the warranty company of the manufacturers and ensure your product is fixed under that warranty.
